@ZeTaCk1 There are a few wavy "serpentine" swords - the German Flamberge and the Malaysian Kriss swords are the most common. I suspect they were made this way to cause more damage when cutting into an enemy, more like a sawblade effect.
@ZeTaCk1 The serpentine sword and the curved sword are the hardest ones for me to swallow - The serpentine is hard because the distance is much wider from one edge to the blade to the other than just a simple straight sword, and the curved sword is hard because I have to turn my body sideways (see America's Got Talent Vegas semi-finals episode and the curved sword x-ray).
