  • @MarkiieHD Do more cardio eg : running, cycling , swimming as that gets rid of fat these exercises mostly just strengthen them.

  • @MarkiieHD The only way to be able to get that fat off is by eating right. All this does is work out your ab muscles, and when your muscles get bigger underneath your fat , your stomach will appear bigger. If you want I can send you a nutrition plan. =)

  • @browneyedS no, you need to do cardio at least 3-5 times per week, doing this 3 times a day will not make your abs show up with out cardio . I do cardio and this ab workout 5 times per week.

  • @myszorg It's okay, the first couple days of crunches killed my upper legs. In time, your legs will get used to it, and it will be your abs that will feel it more. Keep going at it regularly!

    I can now do the whole exercise without stopping now :D

    No man, you must rest your abs. I work crunches 3 times per week, on Monday, on Wednesday and on Friday. With crunches your abs will be stronger, but if you have high % of body fat your abs are cover with fat and they can t see. You can have best abs and strongest abs in whole world but if you have high % of body fat your abs can t see. I hope that you understand me, sorry on my English :) One more thing, for low % of body fat you need healthy food and cardio trainings...

  • I do this work-out every night, and experience no pain in between the days. I have been doing it about a month now, and am showing great changes from when i started. Since i am getting the abs, should i continue to do it every night, or do it every other?

    You must make pause , if you work crunches on Monday, next time work on Wednesday, make 1-2 day pause between this exercise for abs...And one more thing, for visible abs (6 pack) you need low % of body fat. You must eat 6 small meals per day and you must eat healthy, fruit, vegetable... You can have best abs but if you have high % of body fat your abs can t see, because they are cover with fat...

  • @lolaxian yep, been doing it for nearly 2 months now and I have lost a ton of fat around the abdominal area, you just have to be determined to do it and do it regularly every second day

  • @sleepinglionheart24 Depends on the bed, however most beds wont provide good results due to the fact that a crunch on a bed is much easier to perform on a bed than on a flat surface.

  • This will take about 2-3 months for visible decent results, but you will feel results after the first couple of weeks, to get a ripped 6pack its a combination of diet planning and the right workouts, cant expect a 6 pack by doing this every other day but eating fastfoods. If your neck hurts your doing it wrong, it only hurts from the lurching forward motion you are using, make sure you are really using your core its hard work but it pays off !

  • hey! I'm confused: I did level 1 2 weeks and it BURNNNNNNNED!!!!! AS HELL!!! but I did this 4 da 1ST TIME and I felt only my legs and neck hurting and the abs almost didn't work at all!!!

  • @MeRou666 just eat more. Check the nutrition facts on whatever you eat. Eat more protein, and i guess you can have fat foods but not foods that are that fat like trans fat or saturated fat. protein + Fat + hard workout = 6 Pack ABS. do you go to school or no. Hot or cold lunch? i can help you out on whats good for the body and whats not.

  • @Novice2121 Do you have a small waist? Some people simply don't have a 6 pack and only a 4 pack. (Just like some people have 8 packabs )

    someone you might know is Arnold Schwarzenegger, He only has 4 pack abs.

    I've been doing this for 1 and a half week now and I'm feeling slight changes, maybe in a month or 2 I'll really have a six pack :)

    Level 3: requires weights

    Overall... I like level 2 for it's simplicity....my advice if it's too easy is do 2 in a row.... This will still allow your abs to rest. Just don't do it too much.
