  • Im 14 years old and im doing this workout for one month :) so im going to the next level.Now i need to do the bought levels at the same time or... ? and one more question Do i have to do them every day or ?

  • I do this work-out every night, and experience no pain in between the days. I have been doing it about a month now, and am showing great changes from when i started. Since i am getting the abs, should i continue to do it every night, or do it every other?

  • @awsomecole1 every second day you need one day for your ab muscles that are torn to repair and heal so they can build.

  • Ive done the 1st level for 5 days , 3 days trying ans the last to days complete , than I jump to this one and complete it right yesterday , than I fail in the double crunch today ... this is good stuf its a shame its working best one my friend that never acomplish even 75% of the level one properly

  • @lolaxian yep, been doing it for nearly 2 months now and I have lost a ton of fat around the abdominal area, you just have to be determined to do it and do it regularly every second day

  • @sleepinglionheart24 Depends on the bed, however most beds wont provide good results due to the fact that a crunch on a bed is much easier to perform on a bed than on a flat surface.

  • I thought i'd never be able to do the 40 double crunches...I completed the whole exercise for the first time today :D

  • This will take about 2-3 months for visible decent results, but you will feel results after the first couple of weeks, to get a ripped 6pack its a combination of diet planning and the right workouts, cant expect a 6 pack by doing this every other day but eating fastfoods. If your neck hurts your doing it wrong, it only hurts from the lurching forward motion you are using, make sure you are really using your core its hard work but it pays off !

  • Weird. The hard exercises from Lvl 1 have become the easy ones, while the easy have become hard ... O___o

  • hey! I'm confused: I did level 1 2 weeks and it BURNNNNNNNED!!!!! AS HELL!!! but I did this 4 da 1ST TIME and I felt only my legs and neck hurting and the abs almost didn't work at all!!!

    PS: I know I did the exercises CORRECTLY and still...NOTHIN'!!! >:-(

  • ough it was hard. :P i did lvl1 for 1week but it was too easy. This one is a little bit harder. My only problem is that my neck realy hurts. :'(

  • @locoysimpatico13 eat less everybody has a six pack but it's hidden under ur belly fat u can simply have a six pack if u r slim by making a little press ups every week but fat have always been the problem

  • @MeRou666 just eat more. Check the nutrition facts on whatever you eat. Eat more protein, and i guess you can have fat foods but not foods that are that fat like trans fat or saturated fat. protein + Fat + hard workout = 6 Pack ABS. do you go to school or no. Hot or cold lunch? i can help you out on whats good for the body and whats not.

  • @Novice2121 Do you have a small waist? Some people simply don't have a 6 pack and only a 4 pack. (Just like some people have 8 packabs )

    someone you might know is Arnold Schwarzenegger, He only has 4 pack abs.

    I've been doing this for 1 and a half week now and I'm feeling slight changes, maybe in a month or 2 I'll really have a six pack :)

    On a side note: I'm also doing that push up workout they uploaded(level 2), if this doesn't make me ripped in a few months then I'm a hopeless cause XD

    1,2,3,4,5,6,7 days.

    1: level2

    2: level1

    3: level2

    4: level1

    5: level2

    6: level1

    And 7 rest.

  • Lvl 1 is a challange alfa...if you are begginer in this....but i do lvl 2 for 1 month and its still hard to complete it

    Level 2: great:)

    Level 3: requires weights

    Overall... I like level 2 for it's simplicity....my advice if it's too easy is do 2 in a row.... This will still allow your abs to rest. Just don't do it too much.

  • You should really only do this three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to give your abs a rest during the other days. I've been doing this for a while and my abs get more and more defined every time. Now I'm trying to get an 8-pack :)

    was doing this for two weeks two times a day every day and in my case... well i wouldnt say that my body needed a rest because now im jumping over to lvl 2 because its too easy and even lvl 2 is too easy for me, but maybe your right in your case ;)

  • @boycereal -do it as much as you want one day, and then the next day take off or do a different workout not for your core. Also drink plenty of water and diet. This is if youre truly serious about getting a 6 pack of course. And it really does work. I've gotten one lost it and now re-got it, haha.

  • plan day : school, lunch, go home eat cereal, play playstation 3 ( no life it ) , do dumbell workout at 5:30 pm, go to karate at 6:00pm - 8pm ,,, go home - pushups 90, then ab workout, protein shake, more cereal, then shower, then games, then sleep. What are your schedule's like?

  • Now more than ever, sit ups are banned from the scientif community because of the injuries they can cause on a long term practice if not executed properly, therefore should should always make sure to pick the right exercises and choose the one that dosent increase the physiologic lordose. Be sure to unroll/ roll your back and keep a kyphosis to minimise your lombar compression!

    Lose fat first, You can have massive 6pack, but if its cover with fat it wont be seen. Do cardio workouts! Running, fitness, jogging etc. + this, and + other body parts.

  • @stev666FTW dude trust me, 3 times a day will not have as good results as once a day, i do these at 9PM every night and have an 8 pack, your abs are a muscle group they need time to repair and build, do them every 24 hours otherwise theres no point
