  • "We can't prove intent".... WHAT? Signed a paper saying "NO problems" yet had letter 8-days BEFORE said problems...official report a month BEFORE said problems...

    We executed a guy in Texas for giving a bank robber a ride...The driver didn't have "intent" in killing or robbing... but signing a paper saying you know what happens in your company doesn't imply "Intent" if he signed a FALSE statement? Corporations RULE!

  • Title is misleading, he's talking about the DOJ not lacking confidence in proving fraud. Not people lacking confidence in the DOJ.
