@sgtzero1337 0:18 onward is "I Don't Know" by Ozzy. From 0:00 - 0:18 sounds like"Slow Ride by Foghat or "Ready Willing and Able" by Kim Mitchell. The harmonic aspect has more to do with where and how you hit the string. If you are playing any string on the third fret, touch the same string with a light touch twelve frets higher and you have it's harmonic. Estimate twelve more frets, and hit the string with your pick, and dampen it with your thumb as you hit it,and there you go.

@crazedgopher It works anywhere on the guitar. Some keys are better than others, but the concept is pretty much the same. I found that it was easier on the third fret when I started doing this than anywhere else, but as I said, it works anywhere. This is, by the way, a great way to irritate the hell out of any next door neighbours you may have. Just keep at it. You'll figure it out.

You'd get a sound closer to Zakk if you'll sweep with the fleshy part of your hand. Traditional styles of pinched harmonics only allow you to hit one string at a time. Alot of times Zakk will do a full chord in harmonic. He does have a lesson on how he does it. Found it once, but haven't found it since. Good luck with it.

Try to add alot more vibrato when you hit the harmonic, especially on the lower strings. That will help them stand out more and sound alot like Zakk, but you gotta go crazy with the vibrato.

it's not hard to do at all. just needs to be explained properly. i never found a video really that helped me with it but, when i asked a random joe in guitar center, i got to watch closely how it was done and it was a just a little practice after that and now it's a cinch. but, that's me.

You have to move your right hand along the cord to mantain the correct tonality of the harmonic, infact you're doing correcly the ones on the lower cords, but not the ones on the higher. Then put more strecht on it and it will work fine :)

Loud harmonics need the right guitar. I tried an Epiphone Les Paul at a friend and harmonics were twice as loud and easy to play as they were on my Jackson RR3.

I find it easier with a hard plectrum and if the action is low, it will fail. A bit of compression normally makes them come out aswell.
