  • Did you build the frame yourself?

  • where can you get that hood?

  • @jcordova904 the owner found it at a garage sale...no idea whose glass it is

  • thats the shit right their , very nice

  • Put what you want in it but there's only one perfect engine.

Turbo Buick V6 out of a T-Type or GN... Wayyy lighter and wayyy more torque than you'll ever get out of that caddy mill

Either way though, sweet ride man tho man. I'd love to see it when she's finished.

  • @rednoseroxy air cooled vw is the only way to go.

  • Did you ever finish the car? I would love to see it!!

  • @fuknmovin The owner is still chomping away at it...has made noteworthy progress...will post video when available....thanks for your comment

  • You Have A SWeeT Frame How Long Did It Take You to build it, Any Updates

  • Its a great Video. You just dont understand craftmenship and the time it takes to make something Right.

  • awesome frame if you dont mind private message me so i can get some spec and info on that build...thanks for your time........very very nice

  • @kalzx pfft and your videos of sleeping pitbulls are exciting?

  • freaking sweet man , I had a '65

  • sweet welds

  • what kind of tires you use on the back

  • which tire you use on the back and what is the price

  • which tire you use on the back and what is the price

  • did you build that frame completly from the ground up/bild your own suspention components?

im thinking about satarting a project liek this soon.

  • @dragoncustomcycles complete ground up and out...several lunches with owner..then start bending tube....100% our design. will no doubt be some changes as powertrain goes in and some front suspension geometry may need tweaking...message me for photobucket link to build pics.

  • damn-thats got to be the freshest baja I've ever seen! I know this is from the valley area! those commercials are familiar!-I'm from Payson...I want to do something like this with my 68-thanks for the inspiration...

  • is there any finished video yet?

    what engine?

  • @pnwracer 4.5l injected cad V-8

  • This Is BAD ASS! I want to build one! nice cross from a class 10 and a class 5 I would trade my jeeps for this anyday!

  • @pnwracer

    Just the fabricator / designer

24" true at spindles less than 1deg caster/camber change (excluding design camber gain)

will no doubt be some things that need to change as it starts rolling under power...

Owners just had a baby...car on hold or at least slowed down as funds recoup.

  • FIRE IT UP!!!!!

  • same here but i doubt hell just give it away

  • fuck i want that shit dude if u wanna get ride of it messege me

  • I don't own it...just the fabricator.

A completely new chassis design..am sure there will be a few changes here and there.

  • Nice bug man whered you get that front fiberglass Ive bin lookin all over for one like that but cant find one anywhere

  • at a garage sale.....hope he doesn't crack it up

  • this will be the baddest baja ever

  • SCE right? Welchel showed me this

  • SCE?? Not sure I understand the question...actually am certain I don't.

    I am the fabricator.

  • As a sand guy, I have seen a lot of bajas at the dunes and never really liked any of them, But with this I see a lot of late nights, cold food, warm beer and mamas choice words, and this baja is BITCHEN !!!, hope you live close enough that I will see you at the Imperial Sand Dunes(patton valley), check out jeep jumps at patton valley (presidents day 2009) I spent 11 1/2 months helping my buddy build this 2 wd sand jeep.

  • Thank you for the kind words.

  • Is the build up posted any where? I'd like to see more pictures of this thing.

  • NICE!!!

Looks like your not messing around with this one!!!

  • Nice bug, building one my self too a 66, what size is the frame rails and how is the body mounted to it..

  • 1.5" x 3" x .125" rect. tube. flagged inboard to catch original body to pan bolt holes and tabbed from top of motor hoop to body and tabbed from dash tube to body

  • Good job , where did you get that raised front fiberglass?

  • Nice, but no diagonal bracing? I've subscribed because I want to see footage of it finished.

  • looks good, other than the a arms. your using to big of a coilover, and to compensate the builder put the mounting point way lower than it needs to be. you need to lower the front ride height a bit so you can properly use all the travel that car has.

  • Awesome!

  • Thanks Bud. Like your page!

My buggy projects lean to the extreme....LS v-8's...but bug projects are always enjoyed and always get a little extra attention.

  • how much that cost to build?

  • 20k

  • Thanks!

  • bad A
