@flangendower I know there is a cutoff time, I just don't think people should be impatient about it and hoping for a redraw, the person could be unable to respond swiftly because of circumstances out of their control and I would imagine anyone would feel bad if they were unable to respond fast enough because of that and lost out. @MundoDragon Playing in 25 man raids or large battlegrounds can still be very taxing. I stay out of 25 mans as the last few times I've been in one my FPS drops as low as 0.5 when the action starts, and that's with low settings... -_-

@EvaShogouki01 That's due to latency, not graphical/processing power. There is a major difference. The way you can tell the difference is if it gets choppy in heavily populated areas or large raid groups, that is your internet connection. If it is choppy ALL the time, that is graphical/processing power. There are other subtle differences between the two, if you know what you are looking for. No amount of graphical/processing power can change latency issues.

@MundoDragon No it's not latency, my ping is very low and my connection stable. The reason for the drop in performance is the increased graphical effects present in large raids. Everything is ok until the combat starts and spells go flying. I've had a friend staying with us for awhile now and he's been on the same connection and in the same raids and he experiences no slowdown ever while I do. It happens whether I'm the sole user for our connection too.

@EvaShogouki01 Well then, all I can say is you must be using a really crappy system, because even on a low end 7000 series Nvidia GPU years ago, I suffered no slow down/choppiness/graphical anomalies whatsoever (aside from latency issues in Stormwind, due to large amounts of people gathering). Regardless, the point was that you wouldn't need a system nowhere near any of these to run WoW and I firmly stand behind that assertion.
