Apart from "Vole", this is the strongest and most important song she's ever done during her 27 years as a recording artist. Ever. I have wwanted her to do important songs like this for years; she has such a chance here to change things and to help -although I can definitely under´stand her reluctance and insecurity about singing about big subjects like this. I see your point about not waiting for a song to help making that decision, but sometimes the strangest things make a lightbulb go off in our heads. If a song does that, then so be it. There have been a few songs that helped me re-evaluate my life. If nothing else, don't let the fact that you disagree with the message prevent you from enjoying the song.
