I am on an amazing journey to learn self-love, yet still deal with self-sabotage and feelings of guilt when I am "imperfect" in trying to reach my goals. I've also felt strongly drawn to Arizona lately, and hearing the words spoken here while in this setting is a strong affirmation that I should follow my heart and instinct.
