  • Kickboxing? How many styles do you practice? I practice Mantis, Shaolin and many years ago I was practicing Karate Gojo Ryu.

  • I am a beginner in Full Contact Karate and sometimes practise with kick boxing guys (in some Dominique Valera's trainings). As Tang Lang chuan is an excellent combat style (maybe the best), it must match with other good combat styles like kick boxing or Valera's Contact Karate. A few years ago I had trainings with a Goju Ryu Master, Oshiro, an Okinawaian very nice man.
