I had another job where I worked as an IC ( independent contractor ) and since the company I was working with didn't hire some folks back in 2008, I did it myself--where they worked as sub-contractors under me paying them 98% of what they brought in ( admin costs on my end ), and than passed on that business to one of them when I became f/t with my work I have now.
