Wow. Disregard the tempo stuff!! Tempo is to be worked on later, ur vocals are most important. You sing really well. Thats what matters. And later when your a pro, and you still cant get your tempo right, then ok, we can bring up the tempo issue.

Very nice! You know you're voice really well, added your own style to it, and I like the lower R&B'ish twist you gave to it. I'm sorry, I don't like this version of the song. Not that you don't have a beautiful voice, but I think you got the song all wrong. It's a very simple and quiet song, and when I sing, I think of it as a Jazz song (which is very laid back, and it is much better to be after the beat than before the beat). But that's my opinion. Other than that you have a beautiful voice. In a month I'll hopefully poste my version of Gravity on YouTube. Then you can hear my version, and say your opinion :)
