Hi mate, what software do you to make this video? I am struggling to find anything simple. windows movie maker won't even let you slow down videos. strange! hope you can help, thanks
@hi10spro Umm..Sorry G, I have no contact of hers. I know her because we were in the same team 7-8 years ago! She was a university player then. I think she currently works at Navy. That's all I know.
i hit my forehand like federer, just brush up the back of the ball and follow through across your body so that the racket almost hits your shoulder, but unless i am hitting a really flat shot and going for a winner, i try and slow down the swing a little so that i don't end up hitting myself
I tend to over-hit a lot, so I have compensated by following through and catching the racquet with my hand; instead of finishing over my shoulder. But, now that I think about it, I'm not sure if it really matters...

Gary, she was 30(+) but younger than 35. That tournament classified age group in 10-year ranges.

I hit my forehand like Del Potro easy to get power and spin, easy to disguise and very hard to read.

that's a good question. I do both. I think if you go over your shoulder without the hand, you have more pop on the ball
hi10spro 2 years ago
I don't like it when the racquet goes above the shoulder. Feels like I will wack my neck with my wrist.
wind1357 2 years ago
don't do that?
hi10spro 2 years ago
i try to do that. But then I went back to my always faithful reverse. Can't go wrong with topspin.
wind1357 2 years ago
yeah even I prefer the reverse follow through....best of luck.
