the special stage concept was so fucking stupid, it should have been collecting a certain amount of rings, like it was in so many sonic games, and i was thinking these speed boat levels would have been the perfect environment for collecting rings, but no, you fucking race a piece of shit

Yes, I've heard how people are having such an hard time beating him for the purple chao emerald so I've made sure that I upgraded everything so I don't have to face that kind of trouble and frustration.

After you beat the game, talk to Tails and upgrade the water bike two times with the needed material.

Purple chaos emerald in sonic rush adventure wasn't as hard to get as the purple chaos emerald in sonic rush... the fifth emerald was the hardest to me since i didn't know you could upgrade the waterbike...but after upgradin to lvl3 its realy easy to get it...

Hm, if you have all the chaos and sol emeralds then you should see some (long) cutscenes when you begin playing the game again. Then it takes you to the final area.

Thank you So much for explaining that you can upgrade your rider. I've been trying to do it without any upgrades and I haven't had any luck at all.

I got all the other emeralds though without upgrading.

I kept the boost up that long cause I upgraded the waterbike and it gives me longer boost.

Yeah, you have to take huge advantage of boosting or he'll be a bit trouble to beat.

Dude, that was almost EXACTLY how I beat Johnny! Except for that part at 0:31 when you got stuck on that rock and at the end when you were boosting alongside him! I practically left Johnny to eat my dust at the end! and to think that was all on my first try on that emerald race.

the boost is easy to beat, when i beat him without upgrades, i cut it close but sitll beat him him, btw, if u find that reatard faster than you, its cos ur boost is deteriating, if u move after u boost, u lose speed, boost going straight to maximize speed, and also if ur boosting when going on a ramp, let go when u land and then hit it again, cos it goes off when u land from a ramp

Well, you have to find Johnny's on the sea chart. Once you find him, Tails will ask you if you would like to challenge him. Click yes and then you'll race Johnny for the chao emeralds.

If you're having trouble finding him on the sea chart, if you want me to I can pm you the sea chart with all of Johnny's locations for the chaos emeralds.

Racing Johnny again for the second and more times is in impossible for me . every time i get close to the goal he does a cheating boost to get pass me to the chaos emerald before i can and I'm really getting annoyed that he does that

Did you upgrade? If you didn't, talk to Tails and you'll upgrade the vehicles for you. After that, the race should be alot easier. Make sure you keep boosting and collecting rings to keep your speed up.

Upgrade the waterbike twice. But in order to upgrade the waterbike again you need to upgrade the other vehicles, too. After you upgrade the waterbike twice, the race should be alot easier and it all comes down on your skills.

Yeah, he'll still do that even when you powered up all the vehicles. You see how I barely beat him in the video. It all comes down how good you are. All I can say now is that you have to keep trying, keep boosting, collection rings, doing tricks, ect, and eventually you'll beat him.

Ah, yeah well, i found out earlier that u can press L to boost until the boost bar runs out. I've got 2 deep core now.

I actually got this one in a single try(with 1 upgrade), but now it seems a bit difficult- I had trouble with the light blue chaos emerald(the 6th one)... But eventually, I did get all of the emeralds....

Yeah, I got this my first try also. After seeing everybody else wasting so many hours on this race, I figured I should come perpared and boy did all that work payed off. ^^

I was actually afraid when I traced a path hoping to find a chaos emerald spot and then i realized it was the race for the seventh emerald , and I thought it would take me hours to complete successfully ike in Sonic Rush; but I was surprised at the fact that I won easily just by remembering what to do...(sorry for the run-on- I tend to do that sometimes)
