I have a DVD saved on my computer, but it's in IFO files, and I want to convert it to AVI. I used this program, but after clicking "Open DVD Root" and choosing it and all, I get this pop up saying "Warning. The output and input frame rate are not equal Pull down (up) will be performed" What does this mean??? please help

Does this convert the file/CD .... or make a copy that i can save on hard drive?

I don't want the DVD overwritten ...
