The cam never fall off, I mount it on a flat part of the fuel tank. About the volume I can't say anything ... I bought the HD Gopro motorsport edition, unpacked the cam and take a first ride with it. The cam is in a waterproof case, perhaps that's the reason ?!
also, other vids of m796 with gopros don't seem to have the volume yours has, what have you done to have it like this, decent volume with barely any wind noise

No, I put the cam on the fuel tank with a vaccum cup.
