What is with people's obsession with "if animals could talk"? 99% of you don't know this...Humans can talk because the vocal cord is away from the throat. All animals vocal cords are near the throat making it impossible to produce full sounds. A recent born human baby's vocal cord is located same as all animals. When growing a few weeks, humans (only humans) go to a dangerous process which the vocal cord moves down near the esophagus allowing full sound articulation that no animal is capable of.
