Dude, don't ride without gear, I don't care where you are riding, how fast/slow you think your are going, or how responsible/good of a rider you think you are. You could have hit a patch of gravel, or gotten hit by a car. Neighborhoods aren't the safest place to ride just because you are going slow.

It only takes 10-15mph to mess you up. Skin grafts suck, trust me I know. I am not "hating on you" either, I have an RC-51 too.
