I checked the Baucus bill and is the worst so far. The house democrats bill, which included a strong public option, is the best bill. Baucus' bill is pretty much a set of provisions to ensure tha insurance companies get a lot more customers and continue to rip us off. Corporate welfare is what it is. I prefer no bill at all, no healthcare reform. Big corporations, wall st, big banks, insurance companies, they won again, they got away with it.

The problem i think with this bill is that it can be used as a format for healthcare reform where they just plug in the numbers in and change in intentions of the original intention ...becasue as the Baucus bill is written it sounds like no real healthcare reform but a bonanza for the insurance companies right now ...

Were you unaware that the huge number of medical bankruptcies (in '06 it was 60% for example) helped precipitate the housing crisis?
