Gaara has the one tails extracted from him and dies, that facts is established however on the rescue effort a wise old ninja named Lady Chiyo uses her chakra restoration jutsu, giving Gaara her chakra and then Gaara is alive again yippee but then Chiyo dies... the jutsu is originally used for bringing puppets to life since Chiyo was a puppet-style fighter. I dunno the name of it but the Kazekage retrieval arc is my favori
