BP files bankruptcy and then its american tax payers that pay for the clean up then all people displaced financially by the spill have no one to sue as they deserve reimbursement from bp only be bp will no longer exist

@Kearnspalmbay Actually, Goldman Sachs shorted the stock in BP, which is basically in everyday language a bet that the stock will go down. They did not exit thier positions. They borrowed stocks at a high price, sold them at a low price, then returned the stock back to the original owner at the low price aka covering thier position. But thats isnt important, what is important is that we wage war on them, its our duty.
