So 4 x W/comprehension perk = 16 to sneak..permanent, but here's a question..without modding, can one get to 100 & then find & use them for a sneak of 116 ? Thanks for some really nice vids ! I wish you would do a full playthrough.

@vikngwill no very bad.to make a very powerfull character get every implant u want, then get every skill u want at 100 to 84,or less depending on what armors youll be wearing.find all skill books for that and youll have a heck of a lot of points to spend on other things that prove usefull that may not have been very high.

@bobombthekoopa Thanks for the reply/info...here's why I asked BTW, I play on X-Box, not PC But I enjoy watching PC & think (some) mods are pretty cool. [BTW, I'm not saying this as any part of the constant sniping between systems, I could care less really]. For me it's all about the game so I enjoy different views of things. I just don't know things that may be obvious to PC gamers. Thanks again !

there is a mod to make a bunch of normal chinese army guys pop up and be friendly and they start marching for like a few minutes and then turn normal and walk around....

what if someone had em marching and did the Russian hell march in backround?

@Rikku534 In MW2 play only casuals cuz Fallout and other more ambitious games suprasses them. But there is no that little people at all, we have very expanded wikia about all Fallouts which i use.

You are a life saver. I spent about a half hour looking for the book in Vault 3. And let me tell you, it was not fun. Vaults are VERY creepy. More people need to see these videos, very well put together. Subbed. :)
