It looks like the cleanup will take a long time. Did your area loose power? Are there shelters in the area where people can go? With the winds being as strong as they were, It would  seem that a wood framed house wouldn't hold up to them. Hopefully everyone is ok. Horrible storm. My heart goes out to all

in scotland we had winds strong enough to knowk down trees make people fall over the rain was insanely heavy like you step out side and you are drenched but nothing strong enough to damage a building or anything like that

Scary is the force of nature, glad u and the tuff puppies are well :) On the sunshine coast it was amazingly still, without news I wouldnt have even known! Has been very humid but :)
