pvc may be fun, but in this context, it can burst under pressure and seriously injure or possibly even kill you. (for reference you can look up the incident with the denver broncos a few years back) i work with the SAFE t shirt cannons everyday. so chose fun and safety over this.
@grlnxtdoor1289 pvc is only dangerous if it is over pressurized and allowed to be in UV rays which will cause it to become brittle and therefore dangerous. If the expansion chamber is made from SCH 80 and is regularly inspected for damage it will handle pressures to launch t-shirts. Also if you will notice he is able to regulate the amount of pressure between the CO2 bottle and the expansion chamber. The only thing I would suggest it an actual regulator in place of the ball valve.
@Archer46176 Also if you look at his product line he has a safety valve on the expansion chamber... You should look into things a bit more before you start putting down products of someone else!!!
@TheBjamman The tank can't release the gas fast enough by itself. The compression chamber is there to release all the gas at once
