Actually, the "how do you like me now" was there because originally I had the song "Here comes the Boom" by POD in the background (where they say "how do you like me now) and I had it synchronized with that. the picture of you by the water at 2:30, its not fat but you have like a little pouchy area by your lower abdominals, i have that too and i would like to know how to get rid of it, have you flattened it out yet?
I didn't actually do that much cardio. I tried to run about twice a week, but that was pretty much it. I liked to do interval training though. What I did was i warmed up for 5 minutes (on a treadmill) then I went full out for 30 sec, then went to a slow jog for 90 sec and repeat about 8 times (5 x when I first started). That's the best workout I know for burning fat. You do that workout 3 times a week and you get ripped. Once that gets too easy, you increase the number of repetitions. I
yeah, I do take protein shakes. lol as for xxpozorxx you are right. All I did was cut down in weight and did some situps. As easy as that. but if it's that easy, lets see you do it.
