Actually, the "how do you like me now" was there because originally I had the song "Here comes the Boom" by POD in the background (where they say "how do you like me now) and I had it synchronized with that. Unfortunately, youtube wouldn't let me keep that song. But thanks so much for the compliment :)

  • I didn't actually do that much cardio. I tried to run about twice a week, but that was pretty much it. I liked to do interval training though. What I did was i warmed up for 5 minutes (on a treadmill) then I went full out for 30 sec, then went to a slow jog for 90 sec and repeat about 8 times (5 x when I first started). That's the best workout I know for burning fat. You do that workout 3 times a week and you get ripped. Once that gets too easy, you increase the number of repetitions. I
