Yes because that is the upload limit for Facebook and even if it was 1 minute you'd be waiting all day for it to upload, 30seconds takes about 30mins to an hour max. So yeah 30 seconds. It's just temporary till they fix their promblem

If that is for the real player registration, put in a d.o.b of an 18 year old (1992 - 1993) because they only make you register for errors and promotions, if it says skip registration do that.
