it wasn't 98, because they overtook the back-marker who was Ricardo Zonta. who made his debut in 1999. By looking at the BAR's livery. I would say 2000

no he doesn't. its called closing down under de-accelaration for mika, and pulling away due to acceleration of michael.
mika arrives at a corner 0.3 seconds after michael, close's up to him becuase michael is braking, then exiting the corners michael being 0.3 seconds ahead of mika accelarates before mika does.
