Awesome! I just pulled out my hula hoop and I can get it to go around my knees, but had no clue how to get it back up again. This looks like it works pretty well, thanks! :)

Yeah that is the first place to start! Keep in mind that when you are going around your knees you want to move the hoop a bit faster.
