markcup172 i really dont believe ur cup will beat a vee off the line. The v6 may be heavier but all that wieght is on the rear wheels giving u great traction. and once you get to 70 ur cup will not keep up and the vee keeps pulling hard to 140+.

Im not slagging ur car i love the 172 cups(original and best) i owned one but i really can tell the difference in my vee. annoys me wen people compare standard clios to v6's they are so much more car and experience.

What have you done to it?

You must have spent thousands on throttle bodies, cams, maps and exahusts to get a 172 remotely near 200hp. Given the fact that they dont make 172bhp as standard you must have done massive work? Either that or you have charged or turbo'd it. If you have you must struggle to get the power on the road? The Clio Cup race car only manages 200bhp and that is off the 197 engine.

The V6 is a great car and sounds lovely and I would sure love one. But don't make the mistake of thinking its faster than a Subaru off the line, the 4wd Subaru 1996 model will pull in 60mph 0.4 seconds faster.
