no .lincon is 30 miles north of springfield illinois.but theay do race at duquoin state fair and other places.most county fairs are over for this summer.

you should try to see one at a state or county fair.

10.000. -20.000 will get you a real nice horse to race and kick some ass hopfully. i have owned 10 of them. trained .around 50 other horses for other people.
