  • rossi, i thought!

  • Some good laps there, great bike the Triumph...that bloke on the 1098..he was wasting a good bike lolol

  • Hey, I am 39! ;) It´s a great bike, really. Especially the sound gives you the kick. It´s a pitty you can´t hear it on this vid. See my new one filmed with a GoPro. That´s much better.

  • Wow, thats pretty amazing going up against the 1000's. I'm looking to buy a bike and the Triumph 675 looks like the best bike for the money. After watching this video I know I can hang with the big boys even though thats not my thing. Im 38 and not interested in pushing it to the limits but more riding on some winding country roads in good weather. Great vid and awsome riding. I'm impressed:)

  • brakes and turns the Yamaha is better. The dykati is good only when it rains. The daftona is the worst top

  • NICE video...THANK you!

  • hahaha putting a little 600 agents big 1000 cc bikes, The triumph 675 is by far the best bike in its class / most of the 1000cc class :)

  • You're missing the point, Rob. A small framed, 420 lb, great handling torquey triple is a ball to ride. It'll embarass a lot of bigger bikes. What could be better if that's what you're into? I think they're great.

  • skills to pay the bills

  • Great riding man!

  • that video shows it, its not about the power... its about the rider :D

  • @GermanySupermoto

But it would be easier with a little bit more...but still fun!! :) I will be there again in the middle of August. I hope to be a little bit faster this time.

  • @lopes772 i gues your right :) i mean i just got 125cc ^^ you are not allowed to ride more if your under 18 in germany... i just can say :D superbikes past me on the straight with over 200kmh and in the next curve i have du brake because he just cant ride :D i think you will made a better time :D good luck with it

  • @GermanySupermoto It looks more like the power

  • hav u ever raced with the new version zx6r ?? what was happening ? thx ,

  • @MrMartinLee1

No, but I had one in front of me in Most. It seemed to have a few HP more than my Daytona.

  • That was great. All you need now is for Triumph to make a 750 version of that same bike.

  • @Rob187ok

    or a 900cc with 150-160 HP!! :)

  • @lopes772 ,, Nice.

  • 2:40 to 3:20 = epic, thank you. Next time can you take the key fob off though?

  • loved the move @ 3:16

  • @waggabeast

That was the only way to pass that powerfull Ducati. You can´t see it on the vid, he nearly passed me again but he breaked a little bit earlier for the next bend so I could stay in front.

  • @lopes772

    Great work dude!

Show how a 675 can go faster than those beasts:-)

  • Man great video... I never play in Brunn but it is 0ne of my favoryti tracks!! Also republic cech people are very very nice.. Great people=)

  • had i not read the info i would have never thought that was our first time at that track or with the daytona ! even down on power on the straights you left them on the bends ! out braked all the others and held savage racing lines, keep her rubber side down ;)

  • @1994arai

Thank you very much! Next Trackday in Brünn will be next August. I hope to get near the 2:20 althouh therefore I think I have to change my ride. I will try to concentrate more on the corner speed and to brake less hard. That´s always my problem....the difference between the feeling of being fast and the reality! ;)

  • @lopes772

make sure you have the camera with you anyway ! id say youd nearly need a thousand to shave off 6 seconds ! but you wud make up alot of time on the straights with the extra power. i thought your corner speed was savage tbh is the daytona your everyday bike or just a track bike ?

  • @1994arai

No doubt about it. The camera will be with me! :) O.K. extra power would certainly help but I love this bike and until Triumph doesn´t make significant changes to this model I will keep it. And yes, it is also my everyday bike. See my other video on bavarian roads. :)

6 seconds is a lot of work and I don´t think I will be able to do it the next time but I will try to get near to it.

  • @lopes772 Fast is all a matter of perspective. I can safely say that when I start riding track days I will never be within eyesight of you. I ride a slightly modified Sprint 955i road bike, no racing bike but would probably go with a RC350 or an ER-6 as I used to have one of these and know it well should I ever get the funds. Peace.

  • Interesting, you have the fork preload backed out about the same as I do for my Daytona. I found the factory settings to be to firm for the road. Riding here in Arkansas, and while we have great roads in the hills, the roads in the Delta have bumps that I was actually jumping with my Daytona!

  • @scottieray

I ride it on the public roads even with a softer setup. Here are also a few bumpy roads where the bike started to jump around. But with the right setup it works quite well! :)

  • nice video and great track. try working on the sound of your vid a bit :) and be save
