I've always wanted to go to TnT carnival since I was 12yrs old. Plan on going next year. Also all the islands have some kind of carnival at different times of the year. If you are an American citizen the US Virgin Island may be the cheapest ( carnival in the summer months) and you don't need a passport just drivers license.
