ive got one of those and i hate it its a piece of shit if you ask me. it will randomly shut off when you close the keyboard. the speaker have the time sais theres head phones pluged in so you cant hear the people your talking to or the music player. the speaker on the back for speaker when your talking to someone or listning to music on it sucks!! it has a high pitch scratchy sound. Ive only had this phone for 1 month and want a diffrent one. VIRGIN MOBILE SUCKS!!!!!!

@amandaluvsJnames good call. i had that phone for over a year and it's the worst phone i've ever had. the battery life was terrible and i'd constantly have to get it replaced cause it would just stopped working. i got the rumor touch a few months ago and it's a great phone. i haven't had a problem with it yet.

Is going to give me a heart attack.

1 phone- It stopped charging randomly

2 phone- turned off everytime i slid it up

3 phone- wouldnt charge again. and had alot of power glitches.

4 phone-wouldnt charge once again, and one day it just turned off and never came alive.

5 phone.- barely dropped it and the screen went blank. D:

ahhh! Although I LOVE this phone, it has some major quality problems with the charging and DONT even drop it the slightest bit.

I have this phone, and it works perfectly fine for me. I've had it for almost 2 years now.

The only thing is, that it doesn't take video. It never shuts off, it preserves it's own battery life, the keyboard is light up so you can see it in the dark to text. The company doesn't have great coverage though. It's a good phone though. ;)

This phone sucks balls I just got it, and it doesn't come with anything, 20 minutes of minute (net 10 comes with 300 for 60days), comes with like 12 ringtones, all the games are demo only, hardly any screen savers, or wallpapers, it is designed to make you buy buy and buy more stuff!

@flygurl426 This is just me, but Virgin Mobile has been rated as terrible customer service by lots of virgin mobile users. If you want a virgin mobile text phone I'd say try the Rumor 2 ( better made as Kyocera makes subpar phones ). If you're iffy on VM then try a plan on t-mobile and look at their plans with the Samsung Gravity or Gravity 2. Better make, better service and no contract.
