I was always a bit disappointed by the poorer production values of the films themselves. It is something that I would like to see them remastered and cleaned up. Clear up the audio and make them sharper.

@petphotog remember that Monty Python films were around 30 years ago, and production methods a little more primitive, so, no need for lowering standards, many good films were made on a small budget, also, it's good to see that some directors use the technology for effect, whereas others use technology as a substitute for a good story.

Assuming they represent anything and arn't just artistic, then they likely represent quasars, which are pretty much the most distant objects we can see until you reach the cosmic background radiation (the fuzzy cloudy thing at the end)

Monty Python is as funny today as they were 30 years ago! imo not even SNL or Mad tv can touch Monty Python on humor, they could be very silly indeed, but they are some very smart fella's, very smart, entertaining, and funny. The Trifecta of entertainment. If you guys hadnt seen any of their movies you really should check them out. (Monty Python Holy Grail, M.P.'s Life of Brain,M P Meaning of Life) any of these titles will have you freaking rolling. =-)
