Yeah it's sad. It is a hard thing to do, especially since they have been together for so long. The group is very close and consider each other family and to split the family is very hard. They thought of the fans as well, and how they would take it. FLAME as a whole have been through a lot so it's understandable as to why it took a lot of deep discussion to come to the decision. They're older now and their careers have changed, but they will still be FLAME in my heart ^^
Sadly, FLAME has disbanded. Yusuke and Hisato are focusing more on acting and Seigo and Yu have left Vision Factory. I miss them, but I will still continue to support all of them in their future goals. Hisato's movie 'Randies' comes out on dvd in April and Yusuke's in a drama 'Shinsengumi Peacemaker' ♥
maybe theyve been buys with their own thing for the past few years or something and then theyre going to release a new album to make up for the time ... idk though, just a guess

As far as I know they are still together. They have a blog through vision-factory so they definitely aren't gone yet.
