  • Kids are going to grow up very very fast with all these adult images in their heads. They haven't even gone through puberty, and they have images of men kissing and such in their heads. How are boys going to develop masculine feelings if they are going to become gay at 8? It's sick and perverse.

  • @1Thompsonmusic gay children are being born every day. It's time for you to accept this fact that you are powerless to change. No matter how much you pray to Jesus, you cannot change this fact. So, tell me why it is OK for gay children to grow up exposed to the MILLIONS of heterosexual images we see each day and yet be sheltered from seeing homosexuality? This makes no logical sense. It is similar to when black children never saw positive images of black people. Times are changing, catch up!

  • Comment removed

  • @1Thompsonmusic you are quite wrong, my friend. Yes it MATTERS that gay children don't learn about positive gay role models in schools. It's wrong to ignore the contributions of gay people to society simply in the interest of promoting heterosexuals. In America the schools ignored the contributions of blacks, until black people got fed up with it and DEMANDED that black studies be included. I'm not even talking about sexual issues, because that's inappropriate in any case.

  • @1Thompsonmusic yes, I'm glad you agree that nature never changes. Homosexuality has always been in nature and in humans and will always be here. You are powerless to stop this. And, it is about time that children learn about the homosexual population, just as they are forced to learn about heterosexuals. Did you learn that Tchaikovsky was gay when you were in school? Probably not. Why not? Why shouldn't kids learn about his life?

  • @1Thompsonmusic incidentally, I'm a concert pianist, and I noticed that you like piano music, as well. I graduated from Juilliard many years ago with my Master's degree.

  • @1Thompsonmusic I have videos on youtube of myself playing the Rachmaninoff Third Concerto with an orchestra in California, as well as several solo performances. But, they aren't listed under my screen name.

  • Comment removed

  • @1Thompsonmusic one thing's for sure, when I saw heterosexual images as a child, it disgusted me. And, I bet most gay people would say the same. When I see a man and woman kiss I want to vomit.

  • @1Thompsonmusic I need to go to bed, as it's 3am here in California. Cheerio, chap!

  • @lisztnut

Is that some sort of threat? I'm a Christian. I'm entitled to free speech.

  • @1Thompsonmusic I'm an Atheist, and entitled to my free speech as well. And, I'm saying that gay issues MUST be taught in schools. A law was just passed in California to ensure this, and I'm very happy about it. It passed the legislature and was signed into law by our governor. It is long overdue.

  • @lisztnut

    Perverse.

  • @1Thompsonmusic and, guess what? It is ILLEGAL to teach about Christianity or any religion in American public schools, and that's how it should be. That shit doesn't belong in our schools.

  • @lisztnut

    America is fucked then.

  • @1Thompsonmusic the UK is fucked, because you're all feminine pansies.

  • @lisztnut

Yes, but we're infinitely more intelligent than you. That's why most of you come here for your education.

  • @1Thompsonmusic you didn't know that cricket player Steven Davies is gay? FACT!

  • @lisztnut

Thought concert pianists had no time to waste.

  • @1Thompsonmusic when it's after 12 midnight, I can't practice due to the neighbors.

  • @1Thompsonmusic so, you didn't know that Steven Davies is gay and Gareth Thomas?

  • @1Thompsonmusic Stephen Hough and Lang Lang are also gay. Know it for a fact!

  • @1Thompsonmusic Yes, I know that Liverpool is full of ignorant people. You're not telling me anything I didn't already know. That's why the Beatles are from there and not a major city like London.

  • Comment removed

  • @1Thompsonmusic nope, I'm saying that the Beatles didn't play REAL music. What they played was shit, and you know it. Sir Simon Rattle was wise to escape such a humble background. I grew up amongst ignorant people too, and I escaped to New York to study at Juilliard.

  • @1Thompsonmusic can I be standing by when you tell Gareth Thomas that he's not a man because he's gay? I'd love to watch your face be pealed off the wall.

  • @1Thompsonmusic LOL! I went to Juilliard with Stephen Hough, because he told me that the music schools in the UK are inferior. FACT! He was my classmate. I know him quite well, in fact.

  • @lisztnut

What the hell am I doing? Forgive me. Forgive me Lord. I've fallen into Satan's trap.

  • @1Thompsonmusic yes, you have fallen into a trap, and didn't even know it. Have you heard of Stephen Hough, my Juilliard classmate?

  • Comment removed

  • @1Thompsonmusic no trap, just telling you that Stephen Hough felt compelled to come to America to get a DECENT education, that's all, because one couldn't be had in the UK. FACT!

  • Comment removed

  • @1Thompsonmusic I like it when I get your ignorant messages in my inbox, and I see that you delete them later. Mr. Christian (1Thompsonmusic) called me an asshole, except he couldn't spell it properly, so he deleted his message. Nice! Well done, chap! Cheerio!

  • @lisztnut

    Yeh fuck off

  • @1Thompsonmusic that's funny, I was raised in a Christian home, and if I used words such as "fuck off" my mother would have washed my mouth out with soap. Are you SURE you're a Christian? You don't act like one. As a matter of fact, I have been more benevolent towards you than you have been to me. Think about it, chap. Cheerio!

  • @1Thompsonmusic and, do you promise to tell Gareth Thomas that he's not masculine? I want to be there to watch when you tell him that, OK? Have a nice day, chap!

  • @lisztnut

Have you finished? You seem to have a lot of time on your hands for someone who is a concert pianist. Stop giving me your bullshit, and be a real human being.

  • @1Thompsonmusic I am a real human being, and this includes my identity as a homosexual. I cannot separate being gay from being male and Caucasian. Therefore, bugger off and leave me the fuck alone. And, leave gay people alone. When you bash gay people it is no different from bashing females, and Asians and anyone who differs from you. Grow the fuck up. And, yes, I'm a concert pianist, whereas you are a "wanna be." Go practice and leave us gay people alone.

  • @lisztnut

You're right. I'm no fucking good. I'll always be a ''wanna be''.

  • @1Thompsonmusic thanks for admitting your failures. Your masculinity has just been redeemed. It takes a bigger man to admit they are a failure than it does to brag about one's own perceived abilities.

  • @lisztnut Sexual attraction is a choice and people can make themselves homosexuals if they try hard enough and reverse it if really want to. You're brainwashed. People go through phases of sexual fetishes all the time, which is proof that it is choice. End of story. If you have laid with another man then you are worthless scum that deserves to be executed.

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror I"m sorry you're sto ignorant. No, sexual attractiong is NOT a choice. I agree that sexual behavior is a choice, and there are plenty of straight men who have gay sex for pay. But, what does this prove? Those straight guys still go home to their girlfriends and wives after shooting gay porn. Nobody is arguing that sexual behavior is a choice, you dipshit.

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror here's the mystery. I have yet to hear from a straight person why I would WANT to be straight. Gay people earn more money, have more education, travel more, and better sex more often. We're also better at raising children. Now, tell me why I should WANT to be straight, considering I find it an advantage in life to be gay. I'm all ears.

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror dangers of the heterosexual lifestyle choice:

    1 abortion

    2 teen pregnancy

    3 abandoned and unwanted children

4 abuse of women (one in four women is abused by a straight male) Now, remind me why I should desire to be straight. It takes no brains at all to realize that being born gay is a blessing in life. I have better sex, more money, more education, more travel and I'm a better parent. What's not to like?

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror as a gay man, I also have a FAR higher chance of being a man of genius. Just consider that many of the greatest men of all time were gay men, despite the fact that we're only five percent of the population.

  • @lisztnut A chance? Geniusness is inherited, you'll never be shit. Many great men were indeed faggots and i can fly. I guarantee you're nothing more then mildly retarded.

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror yep, as I said, the vast majority of men of genius were historically gay. get the fuck over it. I guarantee you I'm a college professor and you are a greeter at Walmart. Typical straight loser.

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror here are some of the accomplishments of gay men t: 1 the greatest art of all time (Michaelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci were gay men).

2 the greatest music of all time (Tchaikovsky, Ravel, Leonard Bernstein)

3 the most respected method of teaching (Socrates)

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror 46 percent of gay men and 44 percent of lesbians have college degrees, whereas only 33 percent of straight men and 31 percent of straight women have college degrees! Straights are LOSERS once again!

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror by the way, "geniusness" isn't a word, nor is it inherited.

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror The mean household income among straight married couples is $93.000 whereas as gay male couples earn $120,000 and lesbians $95,000. The personal income shows that gay men again outperform straight men: Gay men earn $68,000 and straight men earn $61,000. Anyway you slice it, straights are the losers!

  • @lisztnut Doesn't mean shit, why would it? An employer decides salary, not nature. It is a well documented fact that straight white men are being discriminated for "diversity". Looks like you're also a retard. Arrogance and intelligence don't go hand and hand, i can tell you that much as well. You aren't better then anyone. You're dirty scum and you and your filthy boyfriend should be slaughtered.

  • @Whitemartyrdomterror wow you're more insecure and jealous than I originally assumed. Sorry you feel so bad about yourself. How about committing suicide and doing the world a favor? Another thing: I have a husband not a boyfriend.

  • @1Thompsonmusic you didn't know that Hough was trained in America?

  • @1Thompsonmusic Oh, I say, chap, cheerio! LOL! British are PANSIES!

  • @1Thompsonmusic you've never even been to America what the fuck do you know? I've been to Britain at least half a dozen times.

  • @1Thompsonmusic if you want to see masculine gay men, go onto my profile page, you British pansy.

  • It is offensive, demagogic, and hypocritical to insist on "equal civil marriage rights for homosexuals," and undemocratically deny this so-called "right" to other groups who would, by logic, deserve this very same "right." Homosexualists must demand equal "civil marriage rights" for everyone across the board, including those who "love" and want to marry multiple partners, blood relatives, minors or even animals, or they must stop pretending they stand for equal "marriage rights" at all.

  • @patrianews, animals can't sign a marriage contract can they? So why would you compare two loving adults to animals? That isn't even logical. Minors are also not able to consent to marry, even though girls as young as NINE are FORCED to marry in Yemen. Why don't you protest that? It is perfectly legal there. And, I personally have no problem with polygamy, but would like to point out that HETEROSEXUALS practice it NOT homosexuals, so ban straight marriage.

  • @patrianews, it is OFFENSIVE to vote on civil rights. In fact, it is IMMORAL... Coretta Scott King said it well:

"Constitutional amendments to ban gay marriage are nothing short of gay BASHING. Gay people have children too, and those children deserve the protection of the government."

  • @patrianews, I find it offensive that Mormons and Catholics want to IMPOSE their beliefs on the rest of society. It's fine if you have an "imaginary friend," I have NO problem with it, but keep that superstition to YOURSELF. Gay marriage doesn't affect YOUR life, so mind your own business, and keep YOUR god out of MY government. Otherwise, why should I pay taxes if I do not recieve equal treatment under the law?

  • Comment removed

  • @patrianews, instead of wasting your time supporting the most evil organization in the history of the world (the Catholic Church), why don't you do some GOOD for society, and demand that the current ex-Nazi pope resign? He is a dispicable human being, and I'm ashamed for YOU that this is your leader. His complicity in the child molestation scandals (most of which were perpetrated by HETEROSEXUAL priests) is an OUTRAGE. He MUST be removed from his position.

  • My favorite aspect of this is that, all throughout the campaign, No on 1 had been screaming "Liar liar" about the schools issue, and now they acknowledge that it IS taught in schools.

  • BECAUSE, there are gay children in our schools. They are NOT teaching our kids to be gay, they are teaching our kids acceptance! If you don't want homosexuality in our schools show your true colors as the slanderous bigots you are and vote to make it illegal to be gay. See where that gets you!

  • The reason they claimed liar is because they are lying. The campaign for same sex marriage had absolutely not impact on if it is taught in schools or not. The fact that gay couples cannot get married has not stopped it being taught in schools at all. The Yes on 1 side presented it as thought if same sex marriage were legalised it would have an impact on this issue, which is does not.

  • Of couse is same sex marrigae is law, it makes a huge difference on what will be taught in school. It is as obvious as an elephant in the room. Only a blind person would say, it does not make a difference

  • The only difference it would make, is that teachers would teach that it is legal in that state. In terms of what is already taught and if that is taught or not, it makes no impact. It is still taught now, even though same sex couples cannot get married, so how exactly can you claim it has had an impact?

  • The ironic thing is that kids ALREADY know about gay marriage from the Yes on 1 and Yes on Prop 8 commercials. You guys did more to educate kids about gay marriage than any school could do! THANKS! With education people lose fear, and that's what it's all about. You're doing gay people a favor. Keep up the good work. Is there a child ANYWHERE in America that hasn't heard about gay marriage yet? What schools teach is irrelvant at this point. The cat's out of the bag... BIG TIME!

  • @lisztnut

Decent parents will have their children taught privately, so they can keep them away from all this gay crap.

  • @1Thompsonmusic parents who have gay children should be exposing those kids to positive gay role models. I was born into a fundmentalist Christian family and had Jesus thrust down my throat three times a week from birth. This is child abuse. When a parent tells a gay child they are "sinners" because they were born gay, that parent should be arrested for child abuse. Gay people are of the firm belief that sexual orientation is innate, so why would we want to "change" kids to gay? IDIOTIC!

  • Comment removed

  • @1Thompsonmusic I see how you removed that comment which was very, very, very ignorant. Gay men are just if not MORE, masculine than straight men. FACT. Come to my gym in San Francisco and tell the gay men they aren't masculine. You British twit. Are you aware that Americans have the perception that British men are feminine? FACT!

  • @lisztnut

Try telling that to Henry Cooper, the British boxer who knocked out Muhammed Ali.

I seriously doubt that a gay bloke who prefers to be with a man than a woman is more masculine than say, John Wayne. You are deluded.

  • @1Thompsonmusic How come Britain's top rugby player, Gareth Thomas is gay? Tell that to him, you British pansy.

  • @lisztnut

Thought you were going to bed

  • @1Thompsonmusic and I can tell you that British men are more feminine than American men. NO comparison. Yes, I'm going to bed, chap, cheerio, ta ta, chap!

  • @lisztnut

I'm from Liverpool. We don't say chap here. Liverpool has the hardest lads in the world. You wouldn't last 5 seconds there.

  • @1Thompsonmusic I bet you don't tell your Liverpool mates that you play the piano, do you?

  • @1Thompsonmusic I say, chap, cheerio, ta ta! LOL! So, you didn't know that Gareth Thomas is a gay man? Why not?

  • @1Thompsonmusic you didn't know that Ben Cohen is a big gay supporter, and is possibly gay himself?

  • @voteyesonquestion1, only a blind person would think that children don't already know about gay marriage. It's in the news nearly every day. Do you think children live under a rock? Most young people have role models who are gay, or know gay people personally. There is only so long you can live under a rock. This isn't a Mormon compound. It's America.... Grow up.

  • Ps 78:63 The fire consumed their young men; and their maidens were not given to marriage.

The nation that fails its solemn task of instructing the young in the fear of God is fitted for judgment by the consequences of its own choices. Future generation endangered if this thing is chosen as a lifestyle

    Vote Yes on one

  • Cool, so can we go back to stoning women who are not virgins upon marriage? How about slave holding? Genocide?

If you take one thing literally from the bible you must take it ALL literally. Because otherwise that makes you a hypocrite... And Jesus really dislikes hypocrites... But you know that right? Fear of God is not love of God.

  • No one denies the topic of gay people or homosexuality is discussed in schools. What is misleading on the "Stand for Marriage" side is that allowing gays to marry will change what is discussed.

All of the "yes on 1" arguments are on issues that gay marriage does not affect. Nothing changes except for the loving couples and their families who will (or temporarily will not) have equal protection under the law.

  • Oh my gosh!

The schools are teaching students ABOUT THEIR WORLD and about the history of the laws in our country.

    HOW DARE THEY TEACH REALITY!

    THE SKY IS FALLING!

    ARMAGEDDON IS COMING!

WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE TORTUROUS HORRIBLE DEATHS!

    THE WORLD IS OVER!

    CHICKEN LITTLE IS KING!

  • Screw Chicken Little. DR STRANGELOVE!!!!

  • Misleading the public? How dare they! That's your job!

  • We should protect the rights of bullies to pick on others because they have the right to express their opinions!!!

  • If it's already being discussed then of what benefit is it to eradicate rights for same-sex couples? Banning marriage will change nothing.

Gay people exist. They have families and LGBT children are in the schools. If you want to raise your children in a vacuum where they'll never find out this fact until they're 18 and you let them out of their little cage that's your right. Don't expect the rest of the world to play along because you're a bigot.
