Are you actually using your pinky to play? I always see videos of more experience players and I can't tell if you/they are actually hitting the string with your pinky or it's just the motion of the hand.

u might be holding the neck in the wrong position dude, try repositioning ur palm fully against the neck and try playing like that, i feel alot more comfortable playing that way and i can use my pinky alot easier too
