  • I'm interested to know more information on quality diets - I am working with plenty of DietOramy diet routine (discovered it on Google) for plenty of time now and I'm actually losing belly fat and am thrilled regarding it!

  • Who is this guy?

  • @watchit20001 dennis james

  • he eats 48 ounces of chichken & beef per day? thats 3lb of food per day omg

  • iv changed my diet it is better than before

Meal 1 2 satchets porridge with black cofee ( honey on Porridge and cofee ) for taste

After gym 1 banana ( im a student cant afford protein shakes as long am fueling body a banana is ok

Meal 2 wholemeal bread or brown bread with 2 whole eggs with 4-5 white with sallad and 3-4 olives

Meal 3 rice or potatoe with 1 can tuna or chicken or fish

meal 4 depends on what iv got left

meal 5 1 whole egg and 3 white for the day

wht do u think of Diet

  • Wanna know why humans are supposed to reach an age somewhere between 110 and 154? And why humans ought to have a body fat percentage between 3% and 5%? (women around 10%)

Wanna find out why? Do you wanna find out why every single species on this earth eats raw?

Go to my site, to profile, on the left side and find out.

I’m not selling anything. Not now, not next year, not never!! Only wanna spread the word, of the new revolution that is coming. The revolution of self care.

  • if you consume 5000 calories a day 70 percent protein, but dont workout much, will you still gain mostly fat or more muscle to be able to work off any fat u gained later on?

  • errrrrr.......do you work on cardio and move around like tony jaa? if not why get that big?

  • 3500 calories isn't all that much compared to other bodybuilders in his category.

  • @pillsareyummy that's because hes on a diet Sherlock.

  • @GTA360 Where in the video does he say that he's in a 'cutting phase'? He's appears to be in his off season, thus he's not on a (low calorie) diet. Sherlock....

  • @pillsareyummy It says at the beginning Mr Olympia diet plan, and says 9 weeks outta the Mr Olympia!!!!!

  • i like to use tumeric as seasoning. It helps eliminating the smell.....

  • will this diet u have still prevent muscle loss

    becouse of all the protein?

  • @drzchulo20 Having lots of protein in your diet facilitates muscle growth; it doesn't lead to 'muscle loss'.

  • oh yah and what is that you forget yes big steroid needle in you ass

  • so where does he fit the steroids in there? im eat 4000 calories a day and im like 140

  • @pwshawdow - you get your injections of cock frim your wife, so dont worry about his.

  • damnn my problem is that i can eat all that throughout the day but its too much, i get bloated. i dont get full easily. dont get me wrong im not huge or super skinny im just able to eat alooot more for someone my size

  • lol wats with the lightsaber noises

  • cereals with milk are good to gain weight???????????

  • Hey... do you eat any eggs... might be easy er pop a few boiled eggs and or scramble them.. I make like 10 at a time.. You have the best wife in the world. Lucky

  • @tonysilly usually bodybuilder's will swap out the egg's for whey protein pre-contest, due to the high sodium content of eggs. i'm sure he eats a ton of egg whites in the off-season tho...

  • I wonder if she gives him his injections?

  • @pwshadow lol why not? She probably knows more about gear than any normal wife! Woman cant live with them cant live without them.

  • Now thats a good woman!!! she got a sister ;) hahaha....

congrats on all your progress man, you def put in the hard work!

  • man that's a lot of chicken breast! ur a big dude tho, ima get there one day. i eat around 3 to 4 food meals and 2 shakes a day, just not that much chicken breast tho. i eat a lot of pasta and bagels, and 1 to 2 chicken breast a day, i put on 20 lbs in like 3 months, and my strength went up a lot to, i started out benching 135 and today i get bench 275. got any good bulking tips for me?? thanks

  • poor woman/stupid woman

  • DENNIS THE MENACE!!!!! we will miss you on that Olympia stage!

  • SORRY FOR THE LATE REPLY YES THAT US FOR 1 DAY DIET BUT NOW MY DIET HAS CHANGED I HAVE ADDED MORE CARBS BECAUSE MY ENERGY WAS GOING LOW SO NOW IT IS THIS

MEAL 1 PORRIDGE AND 1 BREAD MEAL 2 1 EGG YOLK 4 WHITE 2 BROWN BREAD MEAL 3 EAT WHATEVR HEALTHY SNACKS ALMOND NUTS PISTACIO NUTS I DRINK ARROUND 5 TO 6 GLASSES MILK MY WATER INTAKE IS LOW BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO GET CUT

  • their partnership is great. i need a woman like that.

  • protein is used for repair of connective tissue. bodybuilders put their body through a lot of stress everyday too, and the larger the person especially someone with huge amounts of muscle need a lot more macro nutrients...not sayin you need 600g or whatever like this guy lol but bodybuilders do need a lot, and they also need a lot of carbs. Same for endurance athletes as u said too, but they need more fat than protein to get them through long distance runs. I get a least 200-250g protein a day

  • i dont understand why he has to eat like this! fistable you dont need that much protein! its science! The USDA says its about 75 grams is what u need in a day! i would rather eat more complex carbs to keep my energy up! anyways... just listen to steve turano guys...

  • Comment removed

  • @Mysteri0usMem0 how do you not understand...the USDA is not for bodybuilders. A bodybuilder his size, training 3-4 hours a day needs far more than 75g of protein a day. Even if you go by the rule one gram of protein per kg of body weight he still needs about 115g of protein. and that rule applys to normal people not a 250lb bodybuilder

  • @steveoo6 do some research first believe it or not endurance athletes need more protein than body builders cuz they put there bodies thru constant stress... body builders need to have more complex carbohydrates and less protein... why? cuz you need the carbs to be the fuel to then use the protein to rebuild muscle...

  • but i mean im not sayin ur wrong bout this guys takin in too much protein, because that is an extreme amount, he does have to eat large amount of food to fuel his body even when hes not workin out but more carbs (unless hes cutting weight) are def needed like u say

  • @Mysteri0usMem0 you idiot! 75 grams is for the average person. a body builder is clearly not your average person. they put enormous stress on their muscles and therefore need adequate protein intake to repair and recover, and also grow. they would never see results with 75 grams a day!

  • @goldensurfer16 @steveoo6 hey if eating 300 grams of protein a day seems like its the truth then do as you like... i know what the truth and thats all i care about.. do some research first believe it or not endurance athletes need more protein than body builders cuz they put there bodies thru constant stress... body builders need to have more complex carbohydrates and less protein... why? cuz you need the carbs to be the fuel to then use the protein to rebuild muscle...

  • @Mysteri0usMem0 and do my research? im a health fitness major im researching and studying this everyday...every book ive read clearly states a bodybuilder needs more protein

  • @steveoo6 ooo really well then... how about you think what you want and I think what want :) see we are both happy...

  • @Mysteri0usMem0 ...yup

  • Ive watched Jay Cutler, Ron Coleman's Video and I see alot of diets and its alot of food for a beginner, does anyone have advise on a beginners diet that would build up to what these guys eat cuz right now thats just too much food lol...

  • @Stretchamina well u gotta thing of a couple things. one this is their cutting diets... most of the videos online are cutting diets so if ur bulking its gonna be a bit diff.. also like u said this is probably way too much for for you unless u weigh 280+ lol.. but the food is still gonna be the same for u... so basically u can eat the same things in just smaller portions which again is based on ur body weight

  • how much is 90 grams protein in kg??? someone know?

  • @boomshamwow .09 kg?? i think

  • Jesus. You eat like a whole chicken everyday.

  • damn eating the same stuff like that day in day out gets tough. after a while its hard to even hold it down... i got to a point where chicken breasts would actually make me throw up

  • @GangstasMind same thing happens to me. After about 6 weeks eating mostly tilapia the idea of jumping out of a building sounded better than downing another peace of fish.

  • Is it true that you can get allergic to some food if you eat it too often?

I used to count calories for a while but it took too much time and I usually eat different food every day or maybe the same for two days in a row. I eat healthy meals and 5 - 7 meals a day.

  • If you are eating tons of protein a lot of it is being converted to glucose, even if you spread it out over 6 meals. Also, the byproducts of protein metabolism are kinda hard on the body if you eat lots of protein.

  • yeah right and you have built your body with chicken?? come one.. I have been bodybuider in many years.. dont listen to bullshit!! ofcouse this diet is good.. i would recomended this to everyone!!

  • not the healthiest diet but looks nice shoulda griled the chiken tho fuk being a bodybuilder not enough minerals in there no fruits no pasta just boiled potato

  • Must be so hard to eat all that.

With that being said, i eat oats in the morning, lunch, then dinner in the evening and all i do is snack throughout the day. lol

  • this is my diet i am looking to gain muscle mass without exess water fat i am working out 6 days a week so thats ok its my diet i need help with

breakfast 4 egg whites with porridge or 2 brown bread

after gym protein shake 25 grm 25 grm carbs protein and half pound chicken 2 brown bread or rice

2 hours later half pound chicken 1 brown bread

2 hours later 1 can tuna

i drink 2 litres water a day i dont want my carbs to high to gain water fat is this diet good

  • @stackindatpapa Up your water intake. Try drinking at least 4 liters, you will see a difference. Bread is crap unless it is flour free. Green vegetables will help your body grow

  • @stackindatpapa is this just one days food for working out 6 days a week? how much do u weigh and how long do u train each day man?

  • @31toottoot Your appetite and metabolism will go up over time. Do the six meals but start out at a much lower quantity in each meal. You might have trouble eating six times but after a couple of weeks you will find yourself getting hungrier and hungrier. Throw in 25-40 min low/moderate intensity cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and your appetite/metabolism will increase even more.

  • @BJGally Yeah, eating that many meals might help a little, but it is really a pain in the ass trying to make 6 quality meals a day. I just eat 3 meals a day and do fine.

  • @tickyul If you would eat the same amount of calories in 6 meals as in 3 meals you will see a huge difference in muscle gains just for the fact that you have a constant supply of amino acids. If you can do only 3 whole meals, do those and have a meal replacement like a protein shake with some good fats in it.

  • @BJGally Yes, your logic is very good. The problem for me comes down to the fact that I do not really like the shakes and bars, I like to eat real food. If I am eating 6 meals a day, personally I am very hard pressed to make each meal what I consider really quality. I have tried the 6 meal schedule and found it a royal pain in the ass, like 3 meals much better.

  • @tickyul Real food is always better than meal replacements. The only time I have a shake is after my workout, sometimes before, when my nutrition is really on point. It all about preparation when it comes to eating 5-6 meals a day. I eat the same things pretty much day in day out with seasoning and preparation differences. Eggs, oats, fruit for breakfast. Then its chicken or fish for 3 meals and red meat for one. With those i'll have brown rice or sweet potato and green veggie. 6th is PWO shake

  • @BJGally Well, I will bet that you are a lot more dedicated to diet than me or 95% of the population. I think that you have a good technique down, eating the same thing, makes it a lot easier. I just like a lot of variety, really like to cook different stuff each day. I also have problems with lots of carbs or lots of protein in my diet (kidneys are a little weak). Have you ever tried any of the various Cyclic diets out there, I really like them for shedding fat and still eating carbs.

  • @tickyul Would several more smaller meals make food processing on your kindeys? Cyclic diets work. The easiest method is to lower carbohydrates on days you do not train. You want to raise your fat/protein intake on those days, you really don't want to drop your calories. Getting super lean is more about metabolism manipulation and dropping calories = slow metabolism. Use carbohydrates when you need them, there is no need to have a lot of carbs after training.

  • @BJGally Interesting, I kinda have a different method with the CKD. If I eat 3 meals a day I will do day 1&2 with no carbs and high fat, day 3-the first 2 meals are no carb/high fat, then the last meal would be the carb up. Seems to work really good, but, I seem to be lazy with the carb ups, instead of using something quality like sweet potatoes or brown rice.......uh, I have been lazy, have been carbing up with corn or potatoe chips, my skin does not like this crap.

  • @tickyul CKD is not good unless you are on steroids IMO for a many reasons, mostly because your body can't use all the protein you are eating anyways and in a sense is wasted. Carb manipulation can come in handy to pass plateaus late into a diet, like 10 weeks in. Think about this, you don't need energy late in the day so you don't need carbs. If you don't use what you take in, it will be stored. Get all your carbs in the morning/early afternoon and use them to train hard! Meat/veggies later

  • @BJGally I usually go lower protein and higher fat (next to no carbs) when I am doing the CKD. I will go 3 meals a day, for 2 days, then on the third day have a carb up for the 3rd meal, filling the bodies with carbs. I just do not seem to do very good on a regular diet with carb in it, feel kinda down and sluggish.

  • @tickyul Also, your body can store lipids as adipose tissue (body fat) and carbohydrates in your muscles and liver as glycogen, but your body can not store amino acids unless you consider your muscles as a viable source for consumption. If you do not keep a constant intake of protein throughout the day you will become catabolic and your muscles will be used as fuel. This doesn't mean you can't gain muscle on 3 meals but it will be a slow process as you constantly take 2 steps forward then 1 back

  • @BJGally Again, good advice, thanks. I have a form of Herditary Neuropathy, short of juicing I aint gong to be gaining much in the way of muscle or strength......DARN.

  • I wonder how much calories he eats during bulking.

  • i wish i could eat half that much in one day i'm stuck at 170

  • @MrFreeman420

You should be eating more cheeseburgers and fries. I recommend the BK buck double but you'll have to double up on your fries since theirs are half the size of McDonald's. I would do this at lest 3 times a day along with strict diet of pop tarts, twinkies, ice cream and chips. Becareful not to skip any of your breakfasts, sausage egg biscuit sandwiches are one of the most import breakfast of the day i would have at least 2 to 3 per morning as a pre-xbox 360 workout meal.

  • @modelslist you should try the 12 gauge slug diet, it's pretty self explanatory

  • This is nuts. I was eating 6 meals with 35g of protein each and was literally shitting my pants. Haha, I'm serious. But my body just gets rid of everything. Put it this way... Hard gainers gain easier than I do.

  • Maybe someone can help me. I find that I do better in heavy ketosis, feel more energy, less hunger, better mood...etc,etc. The problem is I am having a hard time getting my strips to go above a weak or low level of ketones. The times I have felt the best was when I had the strips deep purple. I limit my carbs to less than 5gm a day, limit protein to adequate levels (20%), eat mostly fat. I am kinda stuck with the last 10 lbs (5ft7,160lb). Any suggestions are welcome.

  • @tickyul ...less than five grams a day man, idk how the hell u can feel good with eating five grams a day, u do realize that the only macro nutrient that ur brain is fueled with is carbohydrates...do u exercise?

  • @steveoo6 Actually, your brain can use ketones in addition to glucose. Also, your body naturally converts a certain amount of protein into glucose. There is a definite adaption period for your body to go from mainly using carbs to mainly using ketones, sometimes up to 3 months. I usually exercise 3 times a week for 10-30 minutes....usually HIIT.

  • @steveoo6 Ketoacidosis is almost always associated with type 1 diabetes, type 2 rarely get it, healthy individuals almost never get it. There are 3 different types of Ketone bodies, in Ketoacidosis all 3 go EXTREMELY high, in benign ketosis only one type of ketone is elevated to levels that are nowhere near the levels seen in Ketoacidosis. I have great energy when I am in a high level of benign ketosis. If I need a little extra fuel I am in no way opposed to eating some carbs.

  • @tickyul a bodybuilder cant eat low carbs, and eat high fat and 20 percent protein.

  • @steveoo6 Well, I do not see why not.

  • @tickyul lol oh well

  • Damn, that's a lot of chicken breast! I guess I'm going to start adding more of it, although it's pretty expensive. I'll just throw in some tuna as well.

  • @SGcomedy If you eat protein above a certain level your body cannot use it to build or repair itself, the excess protein will be converted to fat or glucose.

  • I really have no idea how anyone can eat plain food like that for more than 7 days straight.. That is some real mental strength.

I wish I could.. But I start hurling after a week

  • It is all about how badly you want to have a great physique, but I guess you are not a big guy like this and don't quite have to eat like him.

If you are interested to loose fat though pop me a mail, I will send you the keto diet I am currently on, it is also "boring" but the food choices are a lot better tasting than the bland looking stuff in this video.

  • @HannesFoulds I'm sure you guys see that BBQ sauce and Ketchup..not so bland then LOL

  • @HannesFoulds Can I also get that Diet?

  • @HannesFoulds Why dont u just post it! I wanna lose a little fat. What is keto?

  • @HannesFoulds i have no idea how this guy can eat like that and lose fat. im doing the keto diet to and my fat loss is comin along slow but its there. that would b like an offseason diet for me. dam

  • @HannesFoulds keto is a great choice for people looking to get in great shape altough not for mass monsters. But for many people keto works wonders.

  • @darkknight17 I don't think people realize how AMAZING you feel when you eat like this. Running clean, full throttle is the only way I can describe it. It becomes less about pleasure from taste and more about pleasure from how the fuel is making your body respond. This isn't just a bodybuilder's diet it is an adult's diet.

  • @darkknight17 u get used to it its not hard my o love pain chicken now

  • @darkknight17 Thats why your fat

  • @darkknight17 he adds ketchup or BBQ sauce to his meals for better taste. He has it on the table as you can see.

  • first meal what, powdered oats mixed with whey?

  • is this for offsesion

  • @ozera16 No, He is in pre-contest mode. Probably starts this diet about 3 months out from the Olympia. Off season diet would contain a more fatty diet to gain size and weight...

  • if you want brakili.. what the hill is brakili anyway lol arnold

  • Maybe not to you. For many bodybuilders i think it's not about "looking good" it's about breaking boundries and setting new records etc.

  • i wanna look strong and toned, but he looks like its painfull for him to move

  • I think for alot of people, if you're not into bodybuilding you can't really understand it. The vast majority of people want the strong and toned look but others want to take it that extra step.

  • @ItsKnucklez u wouldnt understand coz its beyond your limits.....

  • its not beyond anybodys limits, you cant say hes not taking alot of supliments and enhancers

  • @ItsKnucklez ya well, but not everyone can reach that size from supplements alone...thats when ya genes come to play...

  • he forgot about his mystery nutritional diet, "steriods"

  • your right!

  • it has to be said, because a lot of them dont mention it because it would give them a bad name, hence, being labled as the sports of anobolics or anobolympics

  • he said 3500 calories... but two gallons of water... DAMN!!!

  • Shiiiitt I wonder how many calories he's consuming just curious. 5000?

  • great video!

To you who don't like cooked potatoes, you should owen bake them, they taste like fried potatioes but don't contain fat. Remember that potatoes have something like 5 times less calories than white rice. Brown rice is another beast but I don't relish it's flavour.

  • "wife" - i'll get one of those.

  • Just a question, instead of the potatoes and the sweet potatoes, can I just eat brown rice?

  • yup..or oatmeal

  • Thank you!

  • hes not on steroids dont be obsurd!!!

  • @xLemonPodgex its impossible for humans to be that big. he's more muscular then a gorilla. that is steroids

  • @SOCOMvet69 well no shit?

  • This all great, but do these people ever work. How the hell do they pay the bills?

  • usually these guys that are hardcore into this have sponsors they're getting paid to use their product and they get it for free. really its just the food they're buying

  • @rdbn25

Every morning I cook with a Foreman grill, pack my meals away and head to work. I take three 20 minute breaks while there. It can be done. But it's frikken annoying as hell. No lie.

  • what type of meals do u eat at work?

  • @rdbn25

    1) 100g steak + 120g raw oats + 1 banana + 250ml milk

    2) 85g pasta + 110g shrimp + 150g cottage cheese

    3) 100g chicken breast + 100g brown rice + banana

I find though that I do eat best on the weekends. :-)

  • especially tryin to fit a meal and a cigarette in your break

  • These high school punks like to talk shit online cuz in real life thier a bunch of fuckin pussies , I have dealt with these little shits before. They only talk shit if their with 15 of their friends. You punks would get your asses beat by men. You ignorant fucks!!!!!!

  • Awesome vid. I'm doing much the same right now - but just to get rid of a whole heap of fat. As an aside...why do people give bodybuilders grief cause they take steroids?? Its kinda redundant. Its part of the sport at the highest levels and everyone knows it. Its much better to hassle them cause they get oiled up and wear undies on stage (joking). If this guy did MMA instead of bodybuilding - and put the same amout of effort into it - then he would do real well. Again...awesome vid.

  • this fag cant beat my ass, he's to slow and musclebound, pluss all he does is pump iron, no mma boxing or st fighting, this guys no studd, pluss he is short, ive stood next to him im a head taller than him

  • this man eats a chicken a day and works out twice a day...

  • 750 milligrams testosterone........

  • Per serving, lol.

  • they forgot to mention the meal of steroids.

  • Why the fuck do negative, skinny, pigeo chested dickheads feel they have to come on here n put us down. Do we come round to your mummys house where you still live, even though your 35, walk into the basement where you play with your trainsets and make fun of you... NO! So go fuck yourselves and keep your glass jaws shut if you only have negative things to say!

  • they are just jealous man, so what if he is using steroids? its his body and with it it will look the ultimate.

  • damn his wife if fine!!!

  • Haahhahhaa well said. :)

  • Hell yeah! Awesome wife!

  • Imagine saying that to his face powerlifted

would u say it to his face..................!

  • relatively low cal intake, his is taller than jay cutler and he eats almost half of jay's too.i guess his excercise isnt as long as jay's

  • Jays diet has like 550g of protein and 860g carbs and like 7000 cals

  • Do what suits you man, but try not to insult somebody's passion. It's good you meet such lucky women who you can buy dinner and drinks for as well as have a life your obviously proud of. These guys live how they want to live and regardless of what others say I'm sure they'll love it till they die.

  • Please provide references to the medical studies proving what you are saying here. I am particularly interested in what makes you think protein shakes destroy your organs and nervous system.

  • @HannesFoulds haha protein shakes destroy organs and nervous system what a fucking retard thats the stupidest thing i have ever heard :L

  • @HannesFoulds

It is true that there have been supplement companies with poor procedure standards and in result traces of heavy metals have been found in their products. You can google "protein powder toxic" and open the first link. That said there are safe supp. companies out there.

Other than that, the rest of what this 30percent guy says is BS. He can have his life...but when a BBr takes his shirt off on the beach, his lady's gonna be focused on the BBr and not him lol

  • Ur a fucking retard, you even using my oxygen is a crime.

  • this diet is almost impossible for a person who actually has obligations like a JOB for instance.

  • Obligations like a JOB? C'mon, most guys that lift have jobs. Eating a small meal every 3 hours aint that hard. He has a total of just over 3000 cals a day - thats about 2 big mac meals (junk obviously) but 3000 a day isn't that hard. His wife prepares everything for him. Whats so hard about that?

  • This is about how much food I eat in a week! I used to work out and diet like this and got pretty big although without steroids its not even worth it. What happens is you will diet and work out hard for years, get big, then if you stop for one month you lose like everything. Its not even worth it. Also, im into just eating healthy, running, and working out with light weights. You end up feeling better and the women like it better. Women hate this look.

  • 8 time Mr Olympia Ronnie Coleman is a Police Officer.. stop bitching, skinny man.

  • @xxeldiablo007xx "Negative Ghost Rider" I eat like this, train twice a day, have a wife in the military deployed to Iraq and I raise our two kids by myself while she's gone. Plus I have my own career. No babysitter or nanny or anything. You just have to focus, stay regimented and work hard at it. You can do it.

  • 3:59___Super Funny!

  • I ear brown rice and oatmeal. I should cut back on the salt.BLANDDDDDD !!

  • I thought White Rice should be substituted for BROWN since White makes u fat??

  • you mean brown substituted for white, yes? brown rice is only "healthier" because it contains more nutrients than white rice does. to be honest, you'll get more carbs out of white, plus it boosts your sugar a lot faster. all depends on what your goal is.

  • good video, thanks man!

  • u lie!!! lol

  • 1:55-2:00

reading from a piece of paper doesn't make you look less smart. so stop hiding it behind the two bottles.

  • now where are those STEROIDS dennis

  • You are right, the average person could not break down all that protein. But a bodybuilder who is heavily active and carry alot more muscle weight DOES need all the carbs, proteins and fats.

Bodybuilders are much different then average human beings.

  • HA HA HA HA HA ROTFL !!!

  • the food pyramid is for normal people

  • Its sooo hard to eat tasteless food, looks like hes boiling the chicken breasts. diet is the hardest part of bodybuilding

  • U ARE SO RIGHT !!!

  • hahaha

  • Awesome video, thanks!

It hits home why I'm making so little progress. I'm not eating even close to enough.

  • if i go through this diet can i gain around 5kg in a month?

  • LMAO..

  • true about eating like that....

  • wow. what's this guy's carbon footprint? BBing is no joke. anyone can workout hard. not everyone can eat like this day in and day out.
