I've done a few pieces in my art journal but I'm getting a Moleskine Sketchbook as mine sketch book that I use has the effect of the paper going crinkly. I love your work, but I get disappointed when you don't show how you made all your art journal pages!!! Please keep them coming!!!!
@marie41422 I guess there are some similarities, but matt medium is much thinner, creates very few wrinkles and is not sticky when you apply it. I don't get along with Mod Podge as it is way too sticky and thick for me, but it's personal preference really.
I was watching your Ustream recording and heard you talking about them charging. There is a very similar place called JustinTV or TwitchTV. Give them a Google and see it it could work for you. Good luck.

@Aldaa001 Sometimes I have a plan, other times I don't. For this page, I knew I wanted to use the Marie Antoinette image, and the rest just came together using the colours in her dress to influence the rest of the page.

@MsTagestraumer I've never had any pages stick together with matt medium, some of my others stick a little if I've used other products though - you can keep a piece of wax paper between pages to stop this happening, and I've heard coating the pages with Turtle Wax meant for cars helps too - not tried that though.
@MsTagestraumer a thin layer of baby powder rubbed on and excess shaken off can sometimes help with sticking. Guess it depends whether you want your pages smelling like a baby's bottom.
