I can understand why Runa probably thinks marrying her brother isn't such a big deal, she still has the mentality of a five year old. But what I find disturbing is the fact that Kyousuke doesn't seem all that bothered by it.

It goes with the idea of Adam and Eve. Their genes were clean and pure, so despite the fact that their children would have to marry each other to procreate, it was fine since genetic desease was still fiercely rare.
