@upperdecker666 Ive spoke to the band, Elliot wrote and played Genesis, which in my opinion was EPIC. Playing live is much more different than in a studio, very few bands are actually good live. Charn is good, but he is too "Tom Happy", and worrying about fills with the toms rather than having cymbal fills like Elliot. The old set up with Elliot, Brent, Ravi, and Andrew was good, but I also didnt mind Al or Bobby... but the newest members do in fact blow, and gave them an overrated sound.
hey question i listened to this song like 5 times (what we once called home) and i cant seem to find this part in there somewhere is it in certain type of this song cause i cant find it tell me the timing i know im asking for too much lol
yeah the doubles are a bit sloppy, but i dont care cause i know what its like playing live with the andrenalin pumping and playing that quick, its fuckin hard lol
anyone commenting on this video saying this band sucks is an idiot. First off they are just out of high school and have already signed with a record label, making more money than any of you ever will. And also if you say that this music is "crap" or can't even be classified as music then you're also an idiot. You can't deny somethings right to exist just because you refuse to open up to it. so fuck off. job is an awesome band and I hope they continue on for many years to come.
Wow weird lol a comment I put up 10 months ago got replied to. Anyway, I was responding to dangerdanger002 who said he had too much mic on the bass, so I laughed and was saying, actually, he uses triggers. I think triggers are a great tool there's nothing wrong with them and I think they're a smarter choice than micing.
Same here but I was good friends with my drummer and we were always working on better bass drum tone. Triggers were the best way to get his 64th notes heard and it made it better for going fast too. That way he didn't have to use 2 different bass drums, even though it looked pretty cool.
yea the very first riff is Dead Stale Endings, but that INSANE breakdown after when jon's like "i wanna thank all those who came out tonite..." thats something else, and i cant find it lol it gets me soo pumped every time i hear it
i think LORDAERON from england derby east midlands can do fuking betta 1 lordaeron can scream betta 2 lordaeron , mouth , thy insainty , fallen friend and the rest who fuking rock england can do much betta !!!
he's not really that good, his hands are decent, though is technique is shitty and'll end up fucking up his wrists, and inhibits his overall ability. His feet are a whole different story, you have to be deaf if you can't here the serious errors he makes the entire song long, he stops and pauses to regain his footing at points.
Elliot's strong point was his creativity, that's what they'll be missing with a new drummer, but they might pull a TTEOTD and replace a good drummer with a Josh Kullick.
fuck i hate these metal crowds these days, so dead, nobody moving, its like, if you dont fully give a fuck about the show why come?

Wow, they're drummer/ triggers are screwing up bad.
iknowurwatching7 2 years ago
Nah, he's just that horrible.....
The Charn did better than he has ever done on the new album.
Elliott is creative, but can't play what he writes, and is very foot-sloppy. Charn has him beat in almost every aspect of metal drumming.

go watch other videos of elliot..
he was probably just drunk or some shit
i think he's better off in the faceless though, jmo
