@Jaedric yeah if he doesnt have a load resistor in thats why. its like Hyper flash when you convert to LED tail lights. it needs a resistor to recognize the load.
@Jaedric yea l.e.d. lights don't really use a filament to light up like a normal light. Normals lights generate a lot of heat and in a sense have to heat up unlike l.e.d.'s so it takes longer to illuminate completely
