It's too bad that someone didn't love Mike enough to find a Specialist for his Insomnia. Instead, he had a Doctor who was will to give him medicine that Mike didn't need, just to get some sleep. Whoever was starting theses I.V.'s wasn't qualified to do so, that's why Michael's veins were collasped. Maybe, someone other than the Doctor was giving Mike I.V.'s.
