Some kids can function and learn in a classroom environment.

Some cannot.

These kids need a different environment than a regular classroom provides, quite obviously.

This setup is a waste of Public money$, and a credentialed teacher.

Listening to the kids' dialogue tells you a lot about the state of some urban classrooms today.

If compulsory eduaction is not allowed to evolve into some different forms for different kids, then it should be eliminated for all those who reject it, as these kids do.
