I think about a 625w to 750w quality PSU will be enough. But remember, you cant have those cards (260 and the 9800) in a SLI config'. You can only use the same GPU as your first card, example: 2x GTX 260 or two 9800GT.

the only thing that beats the crap out of 2 of these in quad SLI is 3 GTX 285 in 3 way SLI. but they'll run waaaaaay hot. but these also run hot 80Cº average. the co-op edition is much better and overclocks further

It doesn't have full 1gb ddr5 video ram per each gpu like ATI 4870x2 and performance is very close, so I think 4870x2 is still a better choice.
