He said he might. He certainly could. After the $99 per year payment he can just download the XNA Game Studio for free. And the game is coded in C, which is what XNA uses. Then it's just the bug test playthrough, the peer review, and then it's onto the Xbox Live Marketplace! No ESRB rating or publisher needed!

It probably wouldn't look too bad either. Considering he is going for the whole classic SNES style, it would really give it an authentic feel!
