Not to sound like a smartass or anything but judging from my fights and sparring with Koreans (one of them being a good friend of mine) and looking from the video, I noticed that they start the match with explosive speed and bombard you with kicks and jabs as quickly as possible--which is good of course but they leave themselves open for a quick hook or punch and when they get hit, they loose/drop their guard.

Like I said, this is from my personal experience and from what Ive seen so dont hate.

i agree, also not tryin to be a smartass, but from MY personal experience as well. i m karate/judo transitionin to MMA. i've sparred with koreans in my karate doujo (which my sensei allows takedowns and submissions) and they do like to do a barrage of kicks and punches. they can make u look bad for the first 20sec, but after that, they gassed, dropped guards, and are open. when i got my green belt in judo, i usually sweep them after their 1st few kicks, and the fight goes on the ground from it.

First off all you can't even compare Hong Man Choi to Rutten. Bas Rutten has more KO's and submissions combined then Hong's overall fighting career! Since your saying that Bas Rutten will lose to Choi because of the size difference that is absolute bullshit because Choi has lost to Fedor 6ft where as Rutten is 6,1. So im my point I guess that means Hong will lose because he's bigger Rutten is bigger then Fedor.
