Actually, when they're dancing around the bonefire that's a sort of worshipping procedure, and while your people do that they give you more mana than when they're standing around. When they do any kind of work or when braves are in the huts it's the same effect. But since warriors can't do any work it's best to always have them dance around the bonefire. They're more alert AND give you more mana. Double win
