  • This Chargers offense may end up being the Greatest in the History of the NFL! They were No 1 in the league last year with a Roster full of practice squaders through the majority of the season. I saw all of their 1st string offense drives in the pre season and it was GROSS! Scoring TD's at will, just toying with Defenses! Mathews also had a couple 50 yard runs with a couple other very explosive type runs mixed in, don't think many D's in the league have a chance of stopping a healthy Chargers O!

  • 41-16 SD.

  • I still think Ponder has to start for the Vikings. I really do believe hes their next franchise QB !!! I like his stlye a lot...just give him some opportunities !!!

  • @graafitee4eva hes to fresh.. if anything joe webb should get some starts before him. he was their last year. has a amazing arm and great vision. No disrespect to McNabb or Ponder but Webb is def. a huge threat at QB. Like a young Vick

  • @Optimizedude18 I agree that Ponder should not start, as he hasn't had time to adjust to the league. However, Webb needs to adjust more as well before I feel comfortable with him as a starter. He has incredible athletic ability and is like Vick with his quickness and ability to run, but has not shown the best decision-making and accuracy in his passing game. McNabb is an established guy who can go out there and get things done at a high level, especially with AP. Webb and Ponder need some work.

  • @TehGasmann to be honest i wish they would get back chester taylor back and would of never gotten toby garrhart. taylor and peterson had a amazing 1 2 punch. hell forget about the RB position. lets trade for matt birk to come back. we need a line again. I dont know how it got so.. average. they arent bad but they sure arent opening holes like i remember

  • @Optimizedude18 Yeah, i couldn't agree more. Taylor was by far my favorite non-starter on the team. The bears didn't value him, and now he's with the cards. But in the past the Vikings have always painfully gone the route of the "quick-fix", picking up established, aged, veterans to fill a hole for one or two seasons at a time (like Favre, for example), but the reality is that we simply do not have enough trading material or money to dish out to these players. Getting a bunch of young guys may..

  • @Optimizedude18 ...not bring us to the superbowl, or even the playoffs this season, but the fact that they are willing to switch around a lot of personnel whether it be coaches or players, and adapt to a newer, younger system, is going to be a great move for the franchise, and is refreshing to see. Toby was mediocre last season, but he will get better with each season, as will Ponder, Webb, Chris Cook (hopefully), and the other young guys. We have potential to be great given a few years.
