Yes, but not everything natural is necessarily benneficial. DMT is not mercury, but my only guess would be of one risk in this situation. A dream could be powerful enough to cause you a severe anxiety/panic attack, and possibly even traumatize you... like the brain attacking itself. I have had that happen once. The reason for this extremely powerful, and twisted dream is un-clear, and business of my own. However, to play with this by using DMT is not as bad, as it is not to be underestimated.
