  • Good video. I worked for SMT that made the presses in this video back in the '70s and it stands for "Southern Machine & Tool" not "Southern Machine Technology" as stated in the video.

  • The kids like to add an "s" to the word vinyl. It makes me crazy.

  • Great video Spyder If ever in Nashville I will deffinitely stop by United

  • nice vid!

  • Vinyl rocks.

So strange to me that many kids have never seen, handled, or played a vinyl record. (I know, old 47 year old hippie posting-I don't have an IPod but do store live shows on a flash drive, and it amazes me that it can be done).

    TY for posting this.

  • I am 17 and JUST got into vinyl. It is the most amazing thing I've ever experienced. I've always wanted to buy and use vinyl but always scared that it was too complicated. I wish I got into it earlier! The most incredible part of it is the artwork!

  • @Fredo5227 Too complicated? OMG. Young uns these days.

  • vinyl RULEZ!!!!! :)

  • Cool video.

  • Awesome awesome vid. Vinyl still amazes me; how you could cut lines in a disc and it stores all the intricacies of music... mind bottling!

Cool bit of history with that apartment there. Sad but still neat!

  • being a former dj and still a fan of vinyl, I enjoyed this tour. Long live vinyl!

    peace love light
